#5: Housing Authority: Woods Apartments. Proposal puts the burden of upkeep on City of Pittsburg if management company fails to maintain the site. Management company does not explicitly agree to participate in Pittsburg’s Crime Free Housing Program. Additional “Affordable Housing” units are not dedicated to Pittsburg employees or residents, they are open to thousands of applicants throughout the County.
